Within this work, I guide you through a process I’ve created called The Return Map—a way of tracking your experience in real time, helping you move out of your mind and into your body.
Together, we explore the patterns, parts, and stories shaping your experience, bringing awareness to what’s been running in the background—so you can reconnect with what’s actually true for you.
