As a Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, Ally relies on a combination of health and wellness protocols to address any imbalances, deficiencies, acute & chronic conditions, and/or poor eating habits that may be causing or contributing to the current undesirable condition.
In addition, she utilizes alternative modalities such as human design, energy healing, intuitive guidance, accountability coaching, breath work, meditation and movement.
