How to Join *Co-Regulating with AI: A 4-Week Portal to Self-Awareness and Healing*

Step 1: Sign Up + Submit Payment

Step 2: Confirmation Email

Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
 

This email will include:
- The Zoom link for all 4 live sessions
- The Pre-Initiation: Self-Opening Questions PDF
- What to expect before our first class

Step 3: Mark Your Calendar

We begin **Friday, August 8 at 6:00 PM PST**.
 

Additional live sessions will be held on the subsequent dates at 6p PST:
- Friday, August 15
- Friday, August 22
- Friday, August 29
 

Each session will be held via Zoom and last approximately 60–75 minutes. Replays will be available.
