Community can mean a lot of things. But one helpful way to unpack and integrate your experience is by talking abut it with people. If you have friends, family, or other loved ones with psychedelic experience, that's a great place to start. But because these medicines are still criminalized and highly stigmatized, it's common not to have anyone in your circle to discuss these experiences with, without sounding a lit like you fell off your rocker. That's where integration groups come in.
It's lovely for connecting people and getting a community together. After a psychedelic experience, tis' typical for people to realize there are other ways to live their lives and manage their pain. It's a new way of exploring yourself by choosing to go into painful places. Because every time you have a psychedelic experience, you're opening up to the possibility that you might have a really, really difficult time. Having a group of like-minded people to talk about these things with is helpful because it feelings like a group of people that have all made tis commitment to really explore their inner worlds. It's really nice o meet other people that are doing the same thing.
Soul Vision Healing Center offers one-on-one integration therapy for those wanting to unpack their experience. We will also offer group integration if desired by each participant in the ceremony.
